MANILA, Philippines — Government work and classes in all levels in both public and private institutions have been suspended for Tuesday, August 26, 2025, in multiple regions including Metro Manila, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) announced Monday.

DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla cited anticipated severe weather conditions as the reason behind the suspension.
